Old washed clothes and old newspapers were collected for charity. Trees were planted all over the campus. This was inaugurated by the 'Mixed 5' girls. Then many others came and gave mother earth trees for Her to survive longer. Great work people. If you can take care of the sampling you had planted till it grows little bigger it would be double great. Then there were games conducted and people participated actively. The game which resembled 'bowling' had the maximum participants and was the toughest of all. Buddy from northern tip of India was the only one who won that event.
Eye donation was another good initiative in the JOG. When I went to donate my eyes I was amazed to see 40 people had already donated their eyes and few of them said they have already done it some other time. There are so many good- heart's in LIBA. I heard that the circle created the poster for all the events. The creativity in those posters were good. During a conversation with one of my friends I found out that there are people who are thinking that if he/she belongs to one committee then they can't work for others. Do I see some of the political party kind of thinking here. Remember we are only 240 people and if you guys are thinking like politicians none of the event would happen properly. If you want loyalty to your committee remember the main brand here is LIBA and not committees. Also people whom you are trying to control are almost managers. As long as we stick together we can be efficient. So far we are together and doing a great job. Please don't even think of dividing people based on committees.
